By using DoseEffect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
DoseEffect is a medication effect journaling and reporting tool. It helps users record observations over time and does not replace professional medical care.
3. Medical disclaimer
DoseEffect does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for clinical decisions.
4. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally able to accept these terms in your jurisdiction.
- You may use guest mode or social login where available.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials and device.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Premium access is managed through RevenueCat and your app store account.
- Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
- Features can be limited when no active Pro entitlement exists.
6. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DoseEffect for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or access the service in unauthorized ways.
7. User content
You retain rights to the data you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display your content to provide the service.
8. Third-party services
DoseEffect depends on third-party providers such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google. Their service availability and terms may affect your use.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal risk, or operational reasons.
10. Warranty disclaimer
DoseEffect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DoseEffect and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
