Delete your account
Deleting your account is permanent. Medication records, check-ins, and related personal data are removed after request processing.
Delete directly in the app (recommended)
- Open DoseEffect on your mobile device.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
If the app is installed on this device, you can try opening settings directly: doseeffect://settings.
What gets deleted
- Profile and account-related data
- Medication records and dose change history
- Check-ins, notes, and context tags
- Subscription state linked to your app user profile in our system
What may be retained
- Minimal logs required for fraud prevention and legal compliance
- Store-side purchase history managed by Apple or Google under their policies
Processing timeline
In-app deletions are processed as soon as the request is confirmed and synchronized. Email requests are usually processed within 30 days after identity verification.
